I've just ordered HP Envy 15 TouchSmart J00TX. I was thinking to use a Samsung 840 Pro series 18 SSD. If I replace HDD with this SDD, it will void the warranty. Herefore does this laptop has an access panel, so that I can use both the drives?

The access panel is a "user acess panel", which means that is for your own upgrades, so no voiding the warranty.
