Lamar Odom 'goes missing' after being 'kicked out of the house by Khloe Kardashian' amid claims of drug abuse

Lamar Odom has gone missing, TMZ are reporting.

The website claims that people close to the NBA star have been unable to find or contact him for the last 72 hours.

The reports come after it was alleged that his wife Khloe Kardashian threw him out of the house on Wednesday.

The couple have been subject to persistent rumours that their marriage is in trouble after Lamar, 33, allegedly cheated on Khloe, 29, with two different women. 

But several sources have told TMZ the real reason behind their marriage crisis is that Khloe reportedly believes that her husband has a drug problem.

Representatives for Lamar did not respond to MailOnline's request for comment.

Earlier this week the Kardashian family allegedly staged an intervention to convince Lamar to return to rehab, but he refused, reports the gossip website.

Khloe urged Lamar in August 2012 to go to rehab and after he entered a San Diego facility she hired private investigators to make sure he didn't leave.

Lamar reportedly constantly threatened to leave the rehab clinic and Khloe visited several times to convince him to stay, but he left after three weeks, sources said.

Neither Khloe nor Lamar has contacted a divorce lawyer.

Khloe allegedly tossed Lamar out of the house after the failed intervention, and he was pictured Wednesday as an associated loaded a number of large suitcases into his car in Calabasas, California.

Khloe and Lamar got married in 2009 about a month after meeting each other.

Khloe has recently endured reports that Lamar had an affair with Jennifer Richardson for a year until March 2013 and a six-week fling with lawyer Polina Polonsky at the start of the summer.

Scott Disick seen leaving hospital with Kourtney Kardashian after DNA test results

Kourtney Kardashian confirmed on Thursday that Scott Disick is the biological father of her son Mason - despite allegations from a male model suggesting otherwise.

And pictures have emerged of Scott which appear to be just after he learned of the paternity results.

The 30-year-old looks relieved as he keeps his head down while leaving a Los Angeles hospital, with Kourtney and three-year-old Mason following behind him.

Kourtney, 33, was asked by model Michael Girgenti to allow Mason to undergo the test, after he claimed they slept together while she and Scott were on a break from their relationship in March 2009.

But lab results from tests conducted on August 12 have proved his allegations are false.

As they left the hospital on Thursday, Kourtney also appeared to be relieved, looking more relaxed than she has done in recent days as she walked along hand-in-hand with her little boy.

And even though they were only going to the hospital, Kourtney ensured that her family still looked picture perfect for the outing.

She looked as stunning as ever in a pair of pale pink, wide-legged trousers with a black T-shirt and belt around her middle.

Kourteny finished off her look with her hair braided in the centre, and added a splash of animal print with some retro Dolce & Gabbana wedges.

Mason, meanwhile, also went down the leopard-print route with some loose trousers teamed with a black T-shirt.

Clearly having been given something from his parents to keep him entertained at the appointment, Mason was also seen covered in comic book stickers featuring characters from The Avengers over his trousers and top.

As she confirmed the paternity results on Thursday, Kourtney told E! News: 'After three-and-a-half years of lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father. 

'While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies - especially when the truth was never in doubt - this story must be put to rest.'

However, Mr Girgenti appeared to not have accepted the results of the text as conclusive and plans to press ahead with the paternity lawsuit he filed earlier this month in which he claims he had 'unprotected vaginal sex' with Kourtney in March 2009 at his Glendale, California apartment.

'We don’t trust the results and believe it could have been fixed,' his spokesperson told Radar. 'Still going to court to fight for court ordered results.'

Mr Girgenti had claimed that he fathered Kourtney's son Mason amid a steamy love affair.

But before taking the case to court, he reportedly wrote an impassioned letter to the reality star urging her to submit to a DNA test.

According to RadarOnline the letter, dated April 23, stated that the 26-year-old male model wished to avoid dragging Kourtney and her partner Scott to court.

'My attentions [sic] are not to hurt the family you've created with Scott,' Girgenti wrote.

'Please take this final request for a DNA test seriously,' he wrote before taking on a more stern tone: 'Because if you don't, I will be forced to take legal action and sue.'

He continued: 'I assure you I don't take being a father lightly. I will be a great father to Mason.'

Last week, Girgenti filed paperwork at a Los Angeles County Superior Court in a bid to get joint custody of the three-year-old child alleging he had unprotected sex with the reality TV star nine months before Mason's birth.

The lawsuit documents the alleged relationship between Kourtney and Michael, which he claims heated up in August 2008, and continued with months of texting in which she told him her relationship with Scott was 'on the outs' and 'she wanted to hang'.

According to gossip website TMZ.com, Michael wanted the judge to order DNA tests for Kourtney, Mason and Scott.

The reality star was seen outside her lawyer's office on Wednesday, no doubt seeking advice over the embarrassing and upsetting lawsuit.

Michael claims they had full sex and as soon as she had given birth to Mason - born on 14 December 2009 - he tried contacting her.

The allegations first came to light in March earlier this year when he told In Touch magazine: 'After [Mason] was born, and I saw photos of him, I began to wonder.

'I would definitely want to acknowledge Mason if he's my kid - he deserves to know his real father.'

Scott and Kourtney also have a 13-month-old daughter Penelope.
